About Us

We strongly feel that we must return to the concept of growing locally, minimizing water usage, keeping a low carbon footprint, and minimizing contamination of our groundwaters. While we also grow vegetables in soil using organic practices, we see hydroponics or 'soil-less' gardening as a positive step in this direction. Towards this aim, our company ArtSciDesign, LLC has developed a series of hydroponic (soilless) garden kits for the home gardener and the schools that are reasonably priced, easy to set up, require virtually no maintenance, and enable you to grow delicious, fast-growing crops on your window sill or in your patio or garden - all without soil.

Our kits are perfect for school instruction and garden awareness programs and can be the basis for an inventive Science Fair Project or can be a starting point for independent science exploration. All of our kits are made by us (ArtSciDesign, LLC) in the USA and comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA, 2008).
